Positive: The staff were great (concierge, check-in, cleaning workers all did amazing jobs).

Negative: Full to the brink of kids. Kids were jumping into our private lanai deck/balcony and looking into our room. We were on our honeymoon and never felt comfortable in our room without the blinds fully closed (why go to Hawaii if you have to have the blinds closed). There were kids screaming and running around all day. There was virtually no room service after 10pm. ($40 for 2 prepackaged sandwiches is wild). Charging $50 a day for self parking when we’re paying $1000 a night for the room is also very annoying. Many other resorts don’t charge this.

Summary: Not a honeymoon resort.
