In light of recent events, we have upgraded our already stringent cleaning protocols. In addition to our standard top to bottom clean between every stay, all surfaces in the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, pillows and mattresses and of course, the entire bathroom are disinfected with a disinfectant that completely kills all viruses. Our cleaning protocols go far beyond what you will find in most all traditional hotels and are the same as the best hotels. We are take the health and peace of mind of you, our guests, very seriously.

We love Waco and have only had good experiences but Waco doesn’t look like what you might have seen on HGTV. Neighborhoods are a mix of rundown, renovated, and new build homes; our neighborhood is no exception. We feel comfortable in our neighborhood but everyone has different tolerances when in a new place. If you are sensitive to being in an area with run down homes and people from a wide range of backgrounds this might not be the listing for you.
