Summary: Pictures of this property are very misleading as it's much smaller than they show. It was me and my daughter so we made it work but more than two people would be very crowded. My biggest worry was what would happen if there was a fire as there is only one door and one window and they are located side by side coming into the kitchen area . . no other way to escape. This is a remodeled garage so the driveway is long and narrow and you have to back out to the street to leave the property.
