This stunning 3 bedroom, 2.5 Bath Villa is located in Hawaii's premier Ko Olina Beach Resort at Hillside Villas, just 30 minutes from your arrival to Honolulu International Airport.
Your tropical vacation starts the minute you pull onto the resort property as you are surrounded by ocean views and immaculate greenery of the award winning Ko Olina Golf Course.
Convenience is at your doorstep as you arrive at your private villa with designated garage parking. The gated salt water pool and relaxing jacuzzi are just seconds away. Four amazing beach lagoons are just a 10-15 minute walk away from your villa (beach chairs and towels are available for your convenience).
The 2-story villa features a single car garage and open floor plan (large living room/dining room/kitchen area, 50" smart TV and bluetooth Sonos soundbar) with a half-bath and full-size washer and dryer for your convenience located on the first floor (bedrooms and guest bath located on the second floor). A spacious lanai with picnic table seating for 6 surrounded by lush palm trees for privacy.
