This house is in a perfect location for visiting world-famous wineries in Sonoma and Napa Counties. We are located in a beautiful and unique area of California - 1/2 hour drive from Napa wineries, Large redwood forests, the Beach (Bodega Bay is the closest), and San Francisco. Our neighborhood is peaceful and close to our cute downtown. From our house, one can mountain bike to the rolling hills, visit parks and playgrounds a couple of blocks away, or visit our many shops and restaurants in the city center. The town of Petaluma was voted one of the top places to live in the country recently by Sunset magazine, and is renowned for its many fine eateries and breweries.

Our home has 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds, and a third bedroom with french doors and a very comfortable queen wall bed. The living room is large with a gas fireplace. The kitchen offers modern, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso maker). We have central heating throughout. There is a flat screen tv in the living room and the master bedroom, along with a DVD player and high speed internet (wireless) throughout the house.

Our backyard has a wraparound redwood deck, with views of the oak trees and hills. We have a gas BBQ, and a patio with comfortable seating for 6, and a lovely yard with many flowering plants and fruit trees.

The weather in Sonoma county is always pleasant, with highs in the 80's during the summer, and lows in the 50's during the winter. We live within 2 blocks of a wonderful park with a large grassy field, tennis courts, and a playground. There is also a pool 2 blocks away that is open to the public during the summer and hosts many children's classes and open swim. Welcome to your new California home!
