Williamsburg Oona townhouse was originally built in the 1800s. Welcome to our two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment which sleeps 5 comfortably. The building is a 3 family townhome, this apartment occupies the ground floor, basement and our lovely garden where you can relax, barbecue and even roast some s'mores in the fire pit!

It will be your Brooklyn oasis from exploring Williamsburg's best spots. Steps away from the Lorimer L train stop, which takes you into Manhattan in just 2 stops.
The space
As you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in the living room. We have a large TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney +, etc; a Playstation 5; and a record player for you all to enjoy.
To the left you'll see the dining area which features a large table and 4 chairs (two extra red chairs can be used as seating too).
We have a beautiful fireplace with an electric fireplace inside- no real flames (only holographic ones) will make your evening ambiance cosy at the touch of a button!
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to use. Utensils, spices, oils, pantry items. It has an oven, range, microwave, Aeropress coffee maker, electric water kettle with various temperature settings, dishwasher, a refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser- so handy in the summer!
As you pass the kitchen, you have a full bathroom with shower toilet with bidet attachment and bathtub to the left, and the first bedroom to the right.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a fantastic new Casper memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows. There is a large built-in closet and a chest of drawers inside. The window faces our garden.
Through the stairs, you can go down to the second bedroom.
This is a large room with a queen bed and an additional sofa bed for 1 person. It has a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. As a disclaimer, we have a few items stored in this floor, but they should be tidily concealed behind curtains or panels. While this floor doesn't have air conditioning, it keeps cool in the summer. Fans are available too.
Behind the white curtains we have the laundry area with a washer, dryer and a drying rack.
The garden has a fire pit (Solo stove), a gas barbecue, a foldable table and 6 garden chairs for you to relax in, have a lovely meal or wind down with a nice glass of wine in the early evening.
Guest access
The building has a Yale keypad and Ring doorbell camera at the front door, you will have a personal access code for the keypad.
The apartment itself will have a set of keys.
Other things to note
The building is a 3 family townhome and tenants live in the 3rd floor. While the staircase may be a bit noisy, you shouldn't be able to hear each other at all inside.
