4 Bedroom Place in Buena Vista
Rockin' VW Farmhouse welcomes you to the charming town of Buena Vista (BV). Very private, and in town! Located in the heart of the Arkansas River Valley surrounded by the beautiful mountains. With all the comforts you expect in a luxury rental, you will enjoy day trips hiking, river rafting, fly fishing, wedding destinations or snow skiing in the nearby resorts. The town dates back to the 1800's with charming old buildings now turned into great restaurants, shops and bars. Your hosts are seasoned BnB owners, and used to have another vacation rental just in the front of this one for many years, and love to host guests.
Originally a 1920's historical lettuce farm, our vacation home has been updated and decorated with cozy comforts plus a great chef's kitchen. We love the many fireplaces in this charming house and the outdoor private patio/garden area w/firepit. We just added a brand new hot tub in March 2024! (The hot tub is on the concrete patio against the wall between the kitchen back door and the Master Bedroom door)The layout of the home features the Primary Bedroom and the Guest Room downstairs. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) the upstairs doesn't have a bathroom (those guests use the downstairs bathrooms. We hope in the future to add another bathroom upstairs)
2) housekeeping fee (2024) is adjusted before the booking is made based on guests:

3) a brand new hot tub has been installed March 2024. Moving forward if you make a reservation after 3/18/2024, we now have to charge the extra "hot tub" fee of $50, for our maintenance crew to clean the hot tub after each renter.

- Your safety matters to our family. Security cameras are on the front of the property in the driveway on the garage and the front door. Also a camera on the back garage, back of property.
The front door camera does record video and sound upon motion. We also have cameras on each garage area. The cameras do not look into the interior spaces or the private back dining patio, spa and the backyard.
