Our charming farmhouse is your new favorite home away from home! This is quite possibly the most unique listing in the Southeast Valley of AZ. The Farmhouse Acreage is a 2-acre green property with over 25 mature trees and pasture located at the end of quiet country lane. This is a peaceful and secluded landscape where you can forget about daily stressors. Wake up in the morning to birdsong in our unofficial bird sanctuary and relax under the stars surrounding a crackling fire.
We are located at the end of a street of 6 properties in an agricultural area (please note we are on a dirt road) Each property is spread out for privacy on its own 2-acre parcel. When you enjoy a stay at The Farmhouse please be prepared for a country experience and plan accordingly. You will experience the BEST that nature has to offer as well as the sometimes pesky characteristics that come with the territory (ie. bugs, mosquitoes, occasional house flies) The properties surrounding us have animals as well.
You will love this secluded and peaceful area. Be sure to take a walk around the entire neighborhood to enjoy the solitude and animal life. It feels like visiting the country with modern amenities to make you completely comfortable.
We have designed the exterior with you in mind....relax on our back patio, cool off in the stock tank pool, enjoy a meal under a canopy of trees, and finish up with s'mores around the fire pit. The pasture is yours to use as well with a wiffle ball/kickball field.
In addition to the spectacular outdoor experience, the interior has all the modern amenities to give you a completely comfortable and cozy stay. The Farmhouse has been completely remodeled from top to bottom including all new finishes, brand new A/C units for a cool stay, and top of the line linens and mattresses.
The house has 2 levels and all bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom features a king bed, blackout curtains, and a 55" smart frame tv. The attached en-suite has a large soaking bathtub, tiled shower and custom vanity. Additionally, we have a queen bedroom with black out curtains and a walk-in closet, and a vintage farm inspired twin bedroom featuring 2 twin beds.
You will love our custom fully stocked farmhouse kitchen with everything you'll need for preparing a meal and a dining room that seats 6 guests. The family room has a plush sectional sofa and 65" smart tv. We are confident that you will love everything about our property. Whether you are visiting family, in town for a special event, or just looking to unwind, this will be a very special stay!
