Off-street parking is assigned in a space adjacent to the front gate. The property is 420-friendly, but tobacco smoking must remain outside.

The Host lives on-site in that studio dwelling. The front two bedrooms include the home’s original master bedroom with Ethan Allen furniture and a new Sealy mattress set; and a second bedroom with two loft twin beds, one a twin and one custom-sized at 33”x85”.The large living room’s sturdy and comfy custom-made sofa provides another possible single bed measuring 24”x75” with linens and bedding stored in the adjacent cedar chest.

If the estimate for repair of damage caused by the Guest pet exceeds the amount of the pet deposit, then any additional repair costs will be deducted from whatever refund for cancelled accommodations that would be otherwise due from the Host to the Guest.
