This kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, vita mix, hand mixer, etc... All dishes, plates, coffee cups, silverware, pots and pans, pizza pans, cookie sheets, casserole baking dishes and grilling equipment is also included.
10 person dining table and 3 seat bar counter. The outdoor deck off the main living area provides more seating with 2 tables and chairs for 6.
2nd floor- 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom, laundry in hallway closet and shared deck off Master and bedroom #2 with sound views and a 2nd deck off the front with ocean views.

Grilling is allowed at the property in the the parking area only, away from home. There is no grill provided, but a grill can be rented from Sweet Dreams Linens and they will deliver your grill clean and fueled.
We do NOT provide beach towels so please bring your own beach towels.
We provide sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella for your enjoyment.
Additionally our home offers a prime location on Topsail Island with access to both bridges. During the busy season you can access the north bridge for shopping and restaurants with out the wait at the Surf City bridge.
- Reserving Guest must be 25 years or older and occupy the property during the reserved dates.- All guests staying on property at anytime should be listed within the original booking, unless agreed upon by host and guest PRIOR to booking. NO overnight guests not listed on reservation are permitted. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
-*Parking for 4 cars only. Additional cars need prior approval. Parking is to be only on the gravel and not on grass, street or concrete.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front door facing driveway, 1 camera is located in the backyard, and 1 camera is located on the 2nd floor facing the driveway. Cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio while guests are in residence.
