Wonderful old home with lots of character. Relax or dine on the covered front porch or lounge by the private pool. The back deck has a sitting area, a dining area, and a charcoal grill. Cool off after the beach or pool in the outdoor shower. Inside, the first floor features a farmhouse kitchen with breakfast room for casual dining or separate dining room with seating for 10. Den with TV and sleeper sofa and spacious living room with fireplace round out the first floor. The second floor has a private master suite with a king size bed, and attached sitting room with trundle bed which can sleep 2. Access to the master bedroom is through the sitting room.
Recently updated master bathroom features a walk-in shower and pedestal sink. Also, on the second floor is a large guest bedroom with a queen bed and a small bedroom with a twin bed. Summary: We had an amazing stay at Rachael's house. It is a charming farmhouse in a stellar location.The house was stocked with every convenience imaginable and Rachael was a fantastic communicator.The kids loved the pool.We would definitely come back.
