Location, Location at truly the best.possible spot in Napa Valley overlooking the Napa Valley Reserve. We are 2 miles to Main St in St Helena & walking distance to Meadowood Resort. Very close to many of the top restaurants. There are 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the 1900 st ft house which gives extra privacy for couples. The common area where the kitchen & living room are met with a wide open space with high ceilings, lots of windows & light. The house was completely renovated & rebuilt in 2015. The iron windows ARE the Art in the house. There are no window treatments, yet it is very private & not necessary. This house is perfect for a couple with lots of room inside & outside for entertaining. It is a chefs dream kitchen as the owner was a chef & owned of a San Francesco catering co. for 30 yrs. It is available to rent long term only. Furnished. 1-2yrs preferred as I will be relocating out of state. Please call me directly as the monthly rate will be adjusted. Thank you!
