Entering the historic home you will be standing in the grand hall. To your left you will see the living room and to your right you will find the dining room. Right around the dining room you will find the fully equipped kitchen to cook or have your morning coffee. Under the stairs you will find the half bath along with washer and dryer. As you walk up the beautiful wood staircase you will find three private bedrooms, all furnished with king beds. The additional full bath will be located up there as well, with a classic claw foot tub with shower. Outside you will find the porch to sit and enjoy a drink or food while you have endless green grass to watch nature or to play on. Located just two minutes drive or a short walk from downtown Santa Margarita to eat at the best restaurants in the county. wine taste or shop.
