Recently renovated, with private parking and access, Palmer's Roost (an upstairs apartment) is located on a Century Farm located approximately 3 miles from Downtown Waynesville, NC.

We have year round long range views in a quite pastoral setting. Our Farmhouse was built in 1895 by the Liner Family and was sold to "Creek" George Palmer when he and his family were forced to leave their farm in Cataloochee Valley during the establishment of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

The Roost is recently rennovated with private parking and access. It includes a queen day bed with double trundle and is perfect for two adults. You will enjoy meeting Boomer and Fern, our livestock guardian dogs while strolling the lower pasture. They love visitors and work to protect the chickens and cows from all kinds of critters.
