Our contracted snow removal team clears the driveway whenever snowfall exceeds 3 inches during your reservation, so your arrival and mobility are always a priority. For added convenience, we provide a snow shovel and ice melt at the property to help keep entryways safe during your stay.
Please note: While we prepare the property thoroughly regardless of weather conditions, city-managed street clearing schedules are outside our control. If snow is in the forecast, we strongly recommend arriving before or after the storm and stocking up on groceries in advance. This way, you can enjoy the winter wonderland from the comfort of the home without travel interruptions. Due to these uncontrollable factors, we do not issue refunds for weather-related delays.
