Located only a few mins walking distance from the heart of downtown in the historic Avenues district, our guest house was thoughtfully furnished with the modern bnb traveller in mind. Being downtown, you`re still only 40 mins from world class skiing, 40 mins from Park City, an easy 10 mins from the airport, as well as surrounded by the best eateries in the state, museums, the temple & the capitol.
A cozy studio with the right amount of space and everything you need. When you walk into the unit, you enter the kitchen area with the dining table on your left. If you keep walking down the middle of the room you pass the living area on your right and the foosball table on your left. When you reach the other side of the room you find the king bed with the desk and workspace on your left. The bathroom is located through the hallway behind the kitchen.
We give our guests privacy and are available if needed.
Being located in the historic Avenues district the property is minutes from museums, the Temple, the beautiful state capitol, shopping at the City Creek Mall, and the best restaurants and bars in the state. Ideal location to explore downtown Salt Lake City and still have easy access to the mountains.
