Situated on the only small hillside within the center of Samara Beach, The villa is the perfect spot to enjoy worldwild life and ocean views. Double-wide glass doors open up, connecting the kitchen, living room/dining room to the covered patio and pool area.
Screened windows from each room give you a bird's eye view into the surrounding hillsides where you can watch flocks of parakeets, families of monkeys swinging through the trees, kayakers heading to Isla Chora, or fishing boats headed out to sea.
Throughout the house, sober colors and modern materials create a very comfortable, relaxed feeling, while elegant architectural features like the glass entrance door and 13-foot 3D effect ceilings make it super-modern .
