Luxury 7000 Sqft home on 2.5 acres land with sport court, swimming pool and ample out door space for walking and playing .
Outdoor suitable for families and more so with adolescents.
we are glad to get other families enjoy the space with some restrictions to area inside and outside the properties.
There are 3 rooms upstairs (1 master bedroom ,king size bed and regular shower , 2 regular room with queen size beds in 1 rooms and full size in the other both sharing common bathroom with shower) and another room with queen size bed in the basement with room and shower.
We are closed to restaurants, grocery, Movie theater etc, and less than 15 minutes to down town Raleigh amenities and RDU international airport.
Is a very quiet and family orientated neighborhood as will be expected from our guest.
We would not be around when guest are there but for security may ask a co-host to come by or we may do so if need be.
Our goal is for you and your family to have a memorable stay

Summary: Beautiful property! Perfect getaway for the family in a safe neighborhood. The house has everything and you don’t feel you are in NC. The owner was gracious enough to share this amazing work of art and took care of all our needs. We can’t wait to come back again.
