The space
We created Jacob's Ladder Loft to be a totally unique adventure. Feel like Tony Stark and Pepper Potts as you go from the lab to the kitchen then bedroom TV area on three levels. All accessed by custom engineered vertical stairs. Get your steps up in your health app before Jarvis finds out.
You will enter your loft on level 1 that includes a private bathroom and in loft laundry. Are you able to discover the secret door to the altar ?
Your secret door leads out to a seating area indoor deck on the altar. The kitchen and dining area is on the next level. This private kitchen/ entertaining /work area is open to the views of amazing doomed sanctuary and stain glass with light therapy.
A repurposed Tennessee pink marble bar runs the length of the kitchen with seating for 4-6 for dining, entertaining or a laptop.
It's one of our favorite spaces. The ladder like stairs lead up the bedroom area, with a queen sized bed, double pull out couch and TV.
Explore the common areas which include a beautiful domed sanctuary, basketball court and rooftop patio. There is a workout area, office area with two original marble tables and a 75" tv. Enjoy morning coffee from the piano coffee bar in the sanctuary.
The lofts are located at the rear of the building and are reached through a common hallway which is anchored by skylights on each end. Original wood flooring has been lovingly preserved. Creative repurposing of original elements can be seen throughout.
Parking is located at the rear of the building. It is a well lit area and has security cameras. We can figure a number of bedrooms, bathrooms to the number of people in your group.
