Positive: The size of the space, the view of the lake, the quiet.

Negative: The water level at the lake was at a 75 year low according to the next-door neighbor. It was clear where the normal waterline was and it was at least 20 feet lower with a shallow entry to the lake. It made using any of the available watercraft impossible due to mud and water level. I I felt that it should’ve been disclosed that the waterfront property was actually much more challenging with the access to the lake given the current water level. So unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the main reason we booked this location. Pictures should be updated each year to reflect the current condition of not only the property, but the surroundings. this is important when renters are making decisions on which property.

Summary: Property clean, space, adequate, location, slightly remote, but that was OK
