This 3 BR 1 BR home was the original homestead for this entire north part of Perry Road, We have tried to maintain its historical character while updating the basic amenities.
By now you have your NWA itinerary. As you can see from your Mapquest you are close to everything. Pinnacle Country Club( LPGA golf ),Top Golf, Bass Pro, Wright's barbecue, Pinnacle Hills Mall, the AMP are all a 2 minute drive.
Bentonville's Walmart Museum, Crystal Bridges Museum, Bike Trails and new Walmart Headquarters are just a short drive up the road, If Rogers' Beaver Lake is your destination for fishing or skiing then bring the boat and park in back near the barn. If your passion is biking the downtown Rogers bike park is a must and the trail is just down the hill(we have room in carport for bikes). If golf (including frisbee golf) is your hobby come and warm up in the back yard.
