Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected, and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.
NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 9 PM to 7 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. The neighbors will contact the host in the event of such gatherings.
