Welcome to Hilo Terrace 228 in the heart of the historic town of Hilo on the east side of Hawaii Island where tourists mingle with locals and really experience the 'spirit of Aloha'. We welcome you enjoy Hilo and the surrounding areas. This complex is a mixed use with long term residents and visitors alike. The unit is a top floor location in a two story building with two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is one designated parking spot directly fronting the building , with exterior stairway leading to the front door. The condo unit has a full kitchen and living room with seating for up to four people. There are two bedrooms, each has a floor air-conditioning unit and a queen sized bed. There is one full bathroom in the condo with a bathtub and shower. You will have access to the condo complex swimming pool directly across the parking lot during your stay. There is also a conveniently located shared laundry room with coin operated machines for your use during your stay.
Good location to base your east Hawaii adventures at reasonable price!
NOTE on AC: there are two floor units for cooling down the bedrooms. These will not make the entire condo icy cold. Our temperate weather is generally comfortable without full AC.
