Charming 1905 farmhouse in the heart of the North Fork offers plenty of natural light, large bedrooms, large kitchen, and separate dining room. Updated for a comfortable retreat, our home retains the unique beauty of original woodwork, staircase, wood floors, and wrap-around porch. It's centrally located on the historic Main Road for easy access to vineyards, farm stands, beaches, and restaurants. 5 min walk to Love Lane, the train stop, and Marratooka Pond.

Set on a half acre, this two story farmhouse has been carefully updated and restored to preserve the classic North Fork aesthetic. The living and dining rooms have original coffered 9' ceilings. The well-equipped kitchen has a large island and is perfect for cooking meals or whipping up a midnight snack.

There's ample outdoor space with a wrap-around porch facing the Main Road, back porch and large back yard (grill, picnic table, and hammock) looking onto a historic barn. It's the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine. The primary bedroom on the main floor has 3 windows, a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and private entrance. The 3 other bedrooms are upstairs. The second bedroom has 3 windows, a King Bed, and a windowed walk-in closet – it also still has beautiful 1940's wallpaper. The third bedroom is a perfect kids' room with sturdy twin bunk beds, 2 windows, and a closet. The fourth bedroom has a Full Bed, two windows, and a windowed walk-in closet. The upstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom. Powder room and washer/dryer closet are on the main floor.
