Be affordably downtown, moreover, stay with a local and maybe even meet other guests that you befriend. This is a room in my home of two rooms that I let out for travelin folks, like you AirBnBers. We are within walking distance to all the good stuff downtown and a short jump to to the beach. Laid back vibe with local how-tos. Use the kitchen. Use the laundry. Hang out on the front porch with us, or check out the back porch. Grill something up. Check out the tree house.

A spacious, private room with an electronic door lock, located on the second floor in an addition to the original home from 1919. On the other side of the addition is the second room I rent out in the home I live in. There is a remodeled, shared bathroom between the two upstairs guest rooms and I am pet friendly! I have pets myself, fyi. The queen bed is comfortable and the linens are like your mom made your bed. There is also a daybed, albeit kinda crappy, for sleeping an extra guest.

Guests have access to all spaces except my bedroom. That includes the kitchen and the fridge, the laundry, and the downstairs bathroom in the event the upstairs bathroom is occupado. Front yard and back yard are fenced in, both have porches, and we have a charcoal grill.

0.5 miles walk to Vinyl Music Hall, aka Palafox Street, where all the good happenins are always happening. Safely walk or bike to the general location of where you think you parked your car last night.

This house is pet friendly, keeping in mind, permanent tenants include 3 cats and a dog or two, depending on if Grandma is in town. If your pet can behave in this environment, we welcome you all.
