Our Hale, unit 13, includes fold-a-way Panoramic doors, replacing a traditional sliding glass door that only allows minimal views and access. When these panoramic doors are open, there are unobstructed oceanfront and coastal views.
Our Hale, which was a showcase model for the Hali'i Kai Mahana Design, includes approximately 1,100 S.F. of living space, as well as a 125 S.F. Lanai. There is tile & engineered hardwood flooring throughout, black-out window treatments in each En-Suite bedroom with privacy doors. Both bedrooms have a deep Ultra-Plush Orthopedic foam mattress. There are flat screen televisions and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area, with high-speed wireless internet.
The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel Sub-Zero refrigerator, professional grade Wolf cooktop, oven and microwave, Bosch dishwasher, coffee maker with bean grinder. Also, available for your use are Binoculars and a small Telescope, misc. games and books.
Available for our guests: Beach and pool items, snorkel gear (including fins), beach chairs, beach umbrella, Beach throws and towels, Boogie boards, cooler with cold packs. Tennis & Pickle Ball equipment, Basketball and Golf putters.
Also, the Hale has conveniently close parking for two cars (tandem parking). Additional guest parking is close by.
The Hali'i Kai Ocean Club features a large multi-level swimming pool, a heated spa with a pebble bottom and a beautiful workout facility with oceanfront views. There is a private restaurant with poolside bar, and also a BBQ'ing area. Tennis, pickle, and basketball courts are also available at the resort. Hali'i Kai charges a MANDATORY $25 resort fee daily per unit (not per guest). The resort fee is paid directly to Hali'i Kai at check in. This fee allows access to the Halii Kai complex amenities including the pool, towels, restaurant and fitness center located within Hali'i Kai. The Ocean Club is a 1-2 minute walk from our Hale.
Just a short distance away are the Kings and the Queens Shopping Centers with a wide range of restaurants and a complete collection of shops, galleries, boutiques, grocery store and a wine tasting room.
