Located at Velzy Land Beach. A perfect place for a couple or 2 friends to come and experience the quiet side of Oahu. Our unique place has 1 comfy bedroom with celling fans, Cable TV, Wi-Fi and outside shower. Walking distance from beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Shore of Oahu. We live on the upstairs of our property with our 2 kids (17 and 9 years old), the unit has private entrance and we do respect our guests space. However, drive way, outside shower and laundry area are common areas. Entrances and all living spaces are completely separate. It is very clean, newly renovated and very well maintained. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Bedroom is furnished with queen size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, celling fan and split AC. Bathroom has a shower, cold and hot water.
