Lovely farmland in South Haven just minutes away from all the town amenities and the Lake Michigan Beaches. You will love exploring the farmer's markets wineries and breweries of South Haven and Saugatuk. Not far from the Kal Haven trail and across the street from Lake Arvesta Sport complex.

You will enjoy the modern remodel of this farmhouse. The kitchen is stocked with all you will need for great meals at home. There is plenty of space to explore.
You will explore the area by car. Downtown South Haven is just a 12 minute drive. Lots of farmers markets, wineries and breweries to explore in the area.
The basement has fooseball and ping pong tables. There is a fire pit and outdoor games to enjoy onsite. Your dog/s will enjoy a fenced in area just for them. Well behaved pets are invited and pet fee of $250 will be paid direct post booking.
The water is "well water" so expect some discoloration and slight mineral smell. Drinking water from the refrigerator and at the kitchen sink has been filtered but you may prefer to purchase drinking water and ice.
Xfinity wifi provided for streaming- but tell the kids it doesn't work to get them off their devices and outside!
