Welcome to country living at it's finest. Come relax in this newly remodeled two bed, two bath home on a quiet dead end road. Enjoy watching our neighbors horses, and listening to the chickens from our huge wrap around deck. This custom home boasts tall ceilings, large windows, huge open kitchen, walk in tile shower, and everything is brand new! Conveniently located 20 minutes to Sedona and Jerome, and a short drive to old town Cottonwood and numerous wineries.
The space
The ONLY way to get into the house is from a staircase to the deck. Please do not book if you are unable to comfortably climb up or down stairs.
The kitchen is brand new, and stocked with anything you may need to cook an amazing meal. We also provide coffee, tea, pancake mix, and basic condiments (cooking spray, syrup, salt/pepper, steak seasoning, etc). We have a new grill set up on the back porch!
We have two tv's in the house. The living room has a 65'', and master bedroom has a 55''. High speed internet that's fast enough for streaming all your favorite shows/movies on the app of your choice!
Each bedroom has a king sized bed. The couch is a queen sized pullout.
Two of our neighbors have chickens. If you have been around chickens before, you know they can be loud! We provide a sound machine incase you are a light sleeper, and planning on sleeping in!
Currently, we have a very sweet, older couple living in their RV on our property. The help us maintain the yard by watering, mowing, etc. They are very quiet, and "non-invasive". They do not use any part of the house or yard where guests would be hanging out. Chances are, you will not see them.
If you plan on using the firepit, we provide enough wood to have a small fire. If you plan on using it more than one night, you will need to get more wood. PLEASE keep the fire small, and always make sure we are not in a fire ban before starting!
Guest access
Front and back yard, basketball court, and the whole house are yours to use! Garage below the house, shop in the back, and "side yard" in front of the RV are currently off limits.
Other things to note
Tim or I may be on the property from time to time. The house is on 1/2 acre, and the yard is a lot to maintain.
