Situated in one of the best locations at the Waikoloa Resort is the Waikoloa Colony Villas. Our 2 bedroom 2 and a half bath villa has it all – relax and enjoy the living area has 18 foot ceilings on new sofa set. Beautiful wood floors grace the living and dining areas with glass sliders open to a lanai with terrific views of the golf course and mountains.
Kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and everything you will need to prepare your meals when staying in. Or enjoy a meal on your private lanai!
The master bedroom suite has a queen bed, includes a private lanai, separate shower and bathtub, plus dual sinks.
Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and located next to a full bath. New carpet in both bedrooms and stairs. Also located upstairs is a washer and dryer next to an office for guest use.
Colony Villas offers 2 pools (one with a waterfall), a Fitness Center, hot tub spa, BBQs, tennis court, pavilion and high-speed wireless internet.
