Welcome to our brand-new vacation rental home. Gold Golf Kings Club Membership is included in this rental and perfect for 4 guest to enjoy. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath end unit at the Waikoloa Colony Villas located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Once you enter the villa, you will be in our great room with brand new furniture, large flat screen tv, one-of-a-kind dining bench table and brand-new kitchen with brand new appliances. On the main floor is a very private guest bedroom and full bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Next to full bathroom is a large laundry closet with a washer and dryer for your use. Off of the kitchen is your lanai with seating for 4 to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Go upstairs to your private master suite with a large walk in closet and large bathroom. The master suite has a cal-king bed (BRAND NEW BOX SPRING WILL BE INSTALLED) and a large flat screen tv. Brand-new air-conditioning system just installed. Reserved parking spot is located right by the front door. You are just a short walk to 1 of 2 pools that the Waikoloa Colony Villas has. FREE WIFI, FREE PARKING and beach gear is included in this rental. Minimum 5-night stay.
