Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was primary reason to select the hotel. Close to where my son lives so very convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean.

Negative: It is unreasonable to charge an extra $50 /night for access to the spa etc when guests are not interested in that. The extra $100 charge in my case was terrible. I made it clear to the hotel that I was there to visit my son and would not spend any time availing myself of the extras. Too cold for the pool and no time for the spa. I arrived at 11 pm and was still charged for that day.

Summary: A very nice hotel in a good location.
