This large home is within walking distance from beautiful Sanders beach and only minutes away from Coeur d’Alene lake, The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course, lots of great shopping, and amazing restaurants offered in the local area!
The Space:
This amazing home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 2 living room areas, a hot tub, fireplace, and more! As you walk up to this charming colonial-style home you will be greeted by a large driveway, and plenty of parking, and a basketball hoop for some family fun. When you enter the home you’ll find a charming property with lots of history. This home was originally built as apart of Farragut Naval Base as Captain's quaters, it was moved to its new setting in the Garden District of Coeur d'Alene in the late 1970s. Here it now sits for all to enjoy for years to come.
Main Floor | Living Area
When you walk into the home, you will be greeted by a large lovely living area. This area has big windows on both sides of the room, letting in an abundance of natural light to the home. The living room offers lots of comfortable seating around a cozy brick fireplace. While sitting and relaxing in the charming main living room you can enjoy a view to both front yard and backyard. Just steps away from the living room is a separate formal dining area where you can enjoy visiting with friends and family.

Enjoy your time in the private dining area, located between the living room and kitchen. The dining room features more large windows with a beautiful view of the home's property. This space offers great natural lighting with a large formal dining table that offers lots of seating! The third bedroom also features a King size bed, also with lots of cozy bedding with pillows, and a window with a nice view of the property.

The second floor also features a full bathroom in all its retro glory. This large bathroom includes two sinks, a very spacious vanity and big vanity mirror. The bathroom offers plenty of space with a bathtub/shower.
Lower level | Downstairs/basement
Venture downstairs to the lower level and you will be greeted by a second large living area. The spacious living area offers a large flat screen TV, and lots of seating for family and friends. There is a roomy sectional, and fun giant beanbag chair. Conveniently located a few steps away in the lower living area, you will find a full bathroom. This bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. Also located in the lower living level, you will find retro arcade video game console and a mini Ms. Pac-Man. This area offers lots of extra space for all your family and friends needs.
Outside | Backyard
Captain's Haven property offers a very large and beautiful backyard. This spacious backyard offers lots of room for great activities with family and friends. You first will walk outside to a large covered patio with lots of cozy seating outside. Connected to the patio, extends a larger wooden deck. With all the open space you will also find a very charming treehouse and kids play set with slides, and swings! As you go around the side of the house you will find a hot tub privately located against the home. Take the time to relax after all your amazing adventures in the local area!
