Slip on down to the Oasis, the Boyne City Oasis that is!! Enjoy the beauty of downtown Boyne City. Look out your window and see Lake Charlevoix and the Harborage Marina, which are right across the street. New home (with a carriage house - see separate listing), done in modern farmhouse decor, built in 2022. All new furniture, appliances, dishes, mattresses, pillows, decor, towels, and bedding. Everything is brand new. This main house faces Front Street, and has 3 bedrooms: one main floor king master suite with its own private bathroom, one queen, and one with two full beds & a sitting area. There are an additional 1 & 1/2 bathrooms in the main house, equaling 2.5 bathrooms total. There are two separate living room areas: one on the main floor with gas fireplace and Frame TV. The loft area upstairs has many board games & its own 75" TV and sectional. Lots of pillows and blankets up there, a great place to watch a movie or play a game. Great Wifi. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, peninsula seating, and full size laundry room. There is a beautiful front porch, where you can sip your coffee in the morning or your wine in the afternoon, while watching the boats come in, and the people walk by. The location is hard to beat. Just a few short blocks and you are in the middle of downtown Boyne City. Enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and fun events Boyne City has to offer, all within walking distance. The Turkey Trot and the 4th of July race run right by our porch! Boyne City is a charming small town, never over-crowded.. and just a short drive to Petoskey (20 min), & Charlevoix (30 min). Boyne mountain is about 6 miles away. The public beach, offering swimming, sandy beach, volleyball, tables & grills, and restrooms, is right across the street. We have beach towels and some beach chairs. Hiking and mountain biking available a mile away at Avalanche Mountain. The view from the top is breathtaking!! Have your own boat?
