Gorgeous Riverfront home! This 4,000 square foot tropical paradise with 5 bedrooms, upstairs loft, 4½ baths, 2 car garage with an expansive patio and pool area is the perfect location for retreats, small weddings and celebrations, conferences, groups, business stays, family and friends reunions.
As you swim, kayak, or just chill out by the heated pool, watch dolphins play while pelicans dive into the water and ospreys catch their next meal. Our home is your home and you are our honored guests.
The entrance opens up to a large great room with stunning views of the swimming pool and river. To the left you will find a family room with a sofa, love seat, and Smart TV. The spacious open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar is fully stocked with utensils, cooking equipment and dining supplies. All you need is a quick stop at the grocery store which is only a mile away to get your favorite foods. Enjoy the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate provided.
As you walk around the kitchen you will find a closet with board games. This hallway also provides a convenient half bath and access to the swimming pool area. The first floor also offers an oversize bedroom with a queen size bed and an adjacent full bath.
As you go up the second floor, you will walk right into the loft with an amazing view of the river, sitting area and two bunk beds. The split plan provides privacy between all four bedrooms, starting with an enormous master suite overlooking the river with a king size bed, large walk-in closet with mirror doors and a luxurious master bath with a large jetted tub, his and hers sinks and two showers. The second master bedroom is separated by its own hallway. It has two extra long twin beds that convert into a king size bed with a private full bath and a walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms with queen size beds are separated by a full bath with two separate sinks.
It is the perfect home for multiple families, friends, sports or business teams.
Except for a few closets, you will have access to the entire home and 2 car garage. Have fun swimming in the pool or kayaking. Please wear life jackets while using the kayaks. If you take them out at night, make sure to have 2 lights per kayak; one for the front and one for the back. All we ask is that you return them to the patio. After all the fun, relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets on the upstairs screened balcony which extends the full width of the house.
Our home is on a quiet, dead end street. The neighbors are friendly and watch out for one another. Please turn the outside noise down after 10:00pm.

HOUSE RULES:
1. All Communication must be through the chat feature of the booking app.
2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
3. Primary Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property.
4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6. Quiet time from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
7. Checkout is at 10:00 am. Check-In Time 3:00 PM
8. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
9. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules
REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.
Checkout Instructions:
Thank you for staying at our Vacation Rental.
Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:
1. When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don't forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box.
2. The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.
3. Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.
4. Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.
5. Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.
6. Make sure all the windows are shut.
7. Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.
