When you enter the front door of Almost Heaven at OIB, you are welcomed into an open-air 2-story foyer beach-themed paradise filled with almost everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! The completely renovated all hardwood flooring home has been filled with all new furnishings for the '2023 beach season', including a brand new 'seashell' living room set and loft/game room for endless family fun and memories. The beach house is large enough for a full-size family vacation with all of the kids or it's the perfect spot for a romantic getaway for two! Here is a detailed floor plan:

The beach home is located near the end cove of East 2nd Street, which is the most desirable location to stay on Ocean Isle Beach. It is situated in the perfect location on a large, private lot directly across the street from the beach.

FIRST FLOOR:

The living room features cozy couches, a Smart TV, behind the couch breakfast bar with seating, laundry room area complete with a washer and dryer (in case you need it!) and a hidden wet bar with ice machine.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen 'must-haves' you need to prepare a family meal. The dining room table offers seating for (6). Includes:

The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor offers all the sea vibes plus (2) full-size beds and a nightstand with lamp in between. It is connected to the 1st floor bathroom, living room and has rear deck access.

Second Floor: This bright and airy bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and large mirror for getting ready for the day!

SECOND FLOOR:

The 'beach house' master bedroom has a king-size bed, two end tables, lamps, and access to the second-story rear deck.

★ Bedroom 4 ★
All the kids love the 'shark-themed' bedroom. This room offers (2) full-size beds, a walk-in closet, shared nightstand with lamp and access to the back second story deck.

★ Loft/Game Room ★
The upstairs loft/game room features a foosball table, dual-sided bench seating table and a small tabletop ping-ping table, making this room a kids vacation dream! We've included a few board games for rainy days, but feel free to bring your favorites along.

★ Exterior ★
The front of the home features a wrap-around deck with cozy sun loungers, plenty of seating with end tables and incredible views! It also features two decks on the back of the home, an outdoor dining room table, rooftop deck, outdoor shower for a quick clean-off after beach days, and a private driveway to park and comfortably unload your belongings.

★ Linens/Towels Policy ★
We provide sheets and pillowcases for stays of 4 nights or longer during peak season (May to September) and for stays of 7 nights or longer during the off season (October-end of April). If you are staying less than four nights during the peak season or less than seven nights during the offseason, please bring your own bed linens, or contact us to rent them from an independent linen service we use on OIB for an additional cost.

We provide bath towels (one per guest) and hand towels (one per bathroom) for all bookings. Please ensure you list proper guest count in your reservation to have enough for your stay.
