Charming one of a kind property. 4000+ sq feet with wraparound Balcony that can accomodate over 20 guests! Hookah Room with Hookah and all accessories provided. One of the original Hollywood Hills homes full of rich history. Iconic views through out the home of Downtown LA, the Hollywood sign, Griffith Park Observatory & Beachwood Canyon. Balcony overlooks the Charlie Chaplin house .Pantagas theater,Hollywood Sign,Franklin Village ,Avalon Club all walking distance. Host is owner not manager.
The space
This property is very unique. Has a Hookah Room that you can use.( Hookah, tobacco and assesories provided for you!!). It is a Moorish and Mission combination. Designed by Marie Russak, one of the original female architects who also designed the Charlie Chaplin estate. You will find original waive handmade glass and charming character through out the home.

The location is in the heart of Hollywood with walking distance to Hollywood Blvd and Franklin Blvd shops and restaurants.

Summary: The home was a very nice vintage Hollywood home. Unfortunately we were not expecting to be so vintage, this place has alot of potential once the amenities are updated and cleaned up. Too many things (bathrooms unfinished, terrible water pressure in showers, bedrooms, closets full of junk and broken boxes shoved insidethat reached the ceiling, there was paper used for blinds on windows 🤦🏽‍♂️) needed to be fixed for our liking but overall we had an ok stay. You can tell this place was great back in the days, beautiful location and structure just needs a bunch of updating. I probably wouldn't rent this out until it was fully cleaned up but that's just my opinion. The host was great though, great communication and very accommodating with our check in. Hollywood hills is just the worst for parking lol but that's anywhere.
