Prairie creek waterfalls, located 11 minutes away from the property, is a beautiful spot for hiking or relaxing. You can also visit Downtown Plano to enjoy live entertainment, galleries, and restaurants. A great place to visit, hang out, eat and drink.

By booking, you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules. Failure could result in loss of your deposit and/or be immediately removed from the property without refund. Keep your stay discrete, you are our guests. Please respect the privacy of our neighbors. Disruptive behavior or excessive noise could jeopardize the experience of your neighbors and could result in a $500 fee. The carrying of firearms and ammunition is strictly prohibited on this property. We reserve the right to refuse accommodations or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if you continue to harass/verbally abuse us or our staff.

Rules:
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check-in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4 pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking if you can check-in early. Due to early check-ins possibly compromising entire stays from the previous day, a discretionary $100 fee may be charged to the guest to accommodate such requests.
1. Quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 6 AM Sunday-Thursday; 11 PM to 6 AM
Friday -Saturday.
2. No packages or mail were sent here.
3. Minimum age of 25 to book.

8. For safety, security, and insurance purposes only registered guests are allowed on site. All guests over 18 must be included in the itinerary with a verified ID & photo and working phone number. We reserve the right to ask for all guest names and ages for safety, insurance, and security purposes. There is a $100/daily per person charge for unauthorized guests and could still lead to the removal of the reservation if any of these unauthorized people are deemed unsuitable guests by the host or Airbnb.
10. Groups of or more than 2 must inquire first before instant booking.
11. Local area guests must send a request prior to booking stating the nature of their visit.
12. Only the person who booked is allowed to check in.
13. You must have a valid working phone number.
14. The occupancy maximum is 8 people. Any person over that limit will be removed for trespassing.
15. Check-out is 11 AM unless stated otherwise. A Mandatory $100 fee for unauthorized "Overstay". If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, the guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) & does not award you possession of the property for the day of "Overstay". If the guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, the guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement.
16. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest free and we would like to keep it that way with your help :)
17. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
18. Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100.
19. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, upon addressing this complaint with Airbnb or the host you are authorizing us to come into the property and solve the problem up to the standards that you require. We do not need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable that needs remedy.
20. Dogs and cats of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time due to staff allergies. Failure to abide by this rule will cause a $100 per night charge for the duration of the pet being on-premises. Thank you for taking care of our health and safety.
