3 story townhome located in beautiful McCall! It is ideally situated just outside of the congested downtown and just a short ride from Payette Lake, Brundage Mountain, downtown shops/restaurants, as well as many bike paths and hiking trails!
Although I do accept instant bookings, a separate rental agreement must be executed before the reservation will be confirmed. In addition, Guest must have a history of good reviews.
This is a three level townhome. Each floor has its own bedroom and bathroom, which provides excellent privacy for families or groups traveling together. The main living area (kitchen/living room) is on the second floor, which also has a west facing balcony.
Bottom Level:
You'll enter through the bottom level which has a one car garage, a full bathroom, washer/dryer, and a bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed (the twin pulls out on a trundle) and a mounted smart TV. This bedroom could sleep up to three people.
Mid Level:
The second floor has the main living area where you can gather with friends and family. The dining table seats up to six and the breakfast bar seats up to four. A comfy couch to watch the mounted smart TV and a kitchen that has everything you need. This level also has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed (full mattresses). This bedroom could comfortably sleep up to three people (or two adults and two kids (for the top bunk)). There is also a private, west facing balcony that overlooks the outside common area.
Top Level:
The third floor has the master bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom, large walk in closet, and mounted smart TV. This bedroom could sleep up to two people.
Things to Know
- Checkout is by 10 am. Check in is between 4 pm and 8 pm.
- We generally respond quickly to guests messages. Our general office hours are from 8 am - 8 pm. We cannot guarantee a fast response outside of these hours.
- The home has parking in a one car garage as well as common area parking around the complex on a first come, first service basis. During the summer months, there is some additional overflow parking across the way from the garage that can be utilized if available.
- No cable service, but smart TVs are available to log into to your accounts at Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc...
- We do have a Keurig in the home, but please bring your own K cups if you'd like to use it.
- No pets are welcome in this home.
- This unit does not have Air Conditioning. However, we have plenty of fans to keep you cool!
