The Cozy Nest takes the health and safety of our guests under every consideration. To help ensure the safety of our guests and staff, we have updated the following Cozy Nest policies and procedures:
1. We will only accept guests for 30 day stays or longer. The purpose is to minimize the total number of guests who occupy the Cozy Nest for a given time.
2. We will leave an additional 1 day between each guest to thoroughly clean and disinfect the Cozy Nest between visits including washing all sheets and blankets.
3. We may use active OZONE generators in between each guest visit (similar to large hotels) that are very effective to kill RNA type viruses.
4. Guests are required to let us know if they are sick during their stay so we can provide additional cleaning and disinfecting.
We believe these policies will help keep our guests safe during our stay.
The Cozy nest has some special features that help provide additional safety compared to many hotels and accommodations including:
1. The floors are LVT (rather than carpet) which enables us to use bleach to disinfect after each guest visit
2. We wash both the blankets AND sheets for our guests after each stay
3. There is a very limited number of total guests as compared to many accommodations which reduces potential exposure
