Summary: Nice quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute walk away to the Woodland Park Zoo and adjacent Rose Garden. We did find street parking somewhat challenging so once we parked by the rental we did not take the car out again until the end of our 7-day stay. Sarah and Jeff were very helpful in guiding us through the process of obtaining Orca cards and there were 2 bus stops just a couple of blocks away that got us everywhere around the city. The rental was clean and well stocked although I did have to buy tissues (I had contracted a cold) since none were supplied. A minor issue, I realize. Sarah was very responsive to any questions we posed to her and overall we were very pleased with the property.
