Located in La Quinta, walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, close to El Paseo, Palm Springs, Polo grounds, Coachella, Stagecoach and other Desert Venues and a plethora of shopping.
This beautiful one story 4 bedroom, 3 Cal King beds each in their own private bedrooms. Each bedroom has a 50" TV.
The 65" TV is outfitted with Xbox for great gaming experiences. Bunk bed with 2 queen beds great room for kids!
Paradise back yard features a large salt water pool, 8 jet spa, waterfall, 5 hole putting green, 2 outside dinning tables, BBQ, bar and plenty of tanning lounges.
The large living area of this executive home features a huge diagonal couch and a 75" 4K, Smart TV, with Cable, Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Pandora etc, included. Top off the experience with a great surround sound system. Xbox included with games for excellent gaming experience.

Down the hall is the bunk room, equipped with Queen bunk beds. 65" TV with Xbox for optimal gaming experience.
The Private tree lined backyard oasis features a large pool with 8 jet jacuzzi which will seat 8 comfortably and a beautiful roaring waterfall. Entry steps with handles makes easy access for getting in and out of the pool. There are plenty of lounges for sunseekers around the pool and jacuzzi.
Enjoy evening cocktails at the outdoor bar, followed by appetizers and BBQ around the outdoor dining tables. After dinner enjoy sunset with a drink around the spa, or sitting areas around the pool.
When you're ready to retire, enjoy a quick rinse off in the privacy outdoor shower before dressing down for the evening.
For the golfers the putting green has five holes to practice you putting.
