LOCATION:
Minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
OUTDOOR:
Welcome to the entertainment paradise that has it all! Dip into the pool or catch some rays and enjoy the beautiful weather on one of the six pool lounge chairs or in our beautiful Daybed. Master your grilling skills on the natural gas barbecue and dine together at our large dining table with seating for 12 with 55" Roku TV installed on the wall. Relax under the patio on the sofa seating for 5 and four additional chairs or play ping pong with 2 outdoor ceiling fans to help cool down the desert heat. You can also enjoy playing a Bocce ball game on our artificial turf or play a game of Cornhole, Zenga, Crocket in our large backyard court. There are plenty of umbrellas to keep you shaded. After you put the kids down, head out to the natural gas fire pit with seating for six and enjoy a much-needed cocktail and wine.
INDOOR:
This vacation home opens up to a great spacious room and with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the great room to lounge in front of a 75-inch Samsung Smart Roku TV and natural gas fireplace in comfort, a large ceiling fan, and a bar area. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen has all appliances and cooking tools that you need for great gathering. Our stunning formal dining room can seat 10.

High-speed Wireless Internet. High-quality linens, bath, and pool towels plus shampoo, conditioner, soaps as well as toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponge, and dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, and laundry pods. This property also features private parking for 5 cars which include 2 in the garage, 3 in the driveway, and No street parking.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check-in or late check-out.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our villa has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
HOW IS THE WIFI?
The wifi is blazing fast! The internet speed is 400/Mbps, can be used for gaming and streaming. We have a Google mesh system that works great and covers 7000 sqft including outdoors.
WHAT IF WE HAVE MORE THAN 5 CARS?
Our Villa is located in neighborhoods where there is no street parking allowed. Max allowed cars are 5 total.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL/SPA HEATED?
Yes, Pool heating is available for an additional fee for reservations staying between September 1 - June 1. If pool heat is desired, the pool can be heated to 82-87 degrees for a fee of $100/night. Arrangements must be made within 48 hours of check-in. Over the summer months, the pool temp stays 80-90 degrees.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, staff, etc. so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Our Villa is pet friendly. We allow up to two pets; $350 for 1st pet and $175 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment request center.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints and the city ordinance. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Remember after 9PM is Quiet time in the community.
DOES YOUR HOME HAVE A BBQ AND OUTDOOR FIRE PIT?
The house has a natural gas BBQ and a large outdoor gas fire pit.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know 2 weeks prior to check-in.
DO YOU PROVIDE REFUND?
We don't offer refund due to weather, natural disaster/during major holiday or circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
Our homes are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons, and more. The home has both a Keurig and coffee maker as well as a spice rack, salt, and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry detergent.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GUEST NUMBERS ALLOWED?
The additional guest fee will be $200/Guest per Stay and thus we recommend all inquiries to include the occupant count in the initial reservation request.
