New home built in 2019. Enjoy the views of the gulf while drinking your coffee on the second floor deck that connects to master bedroom and living room. Then in the evening, grab that glass of wine to unwind and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from the roof top deck!
This home is a two story vacation home with two separate living rooms. The first floor has a bedroom with queen bed and tv. There is a full bathroom that also connects to the bunk room which has four bunks, all with their on tv. There is also a living room with a 55” tv.
On the second floor, there is a kitchen, half bath, breakfast room, living room, master bedroom and full bath. The backyard is all fenced with privacy fence and landscaped with plenty of palm trees to remind you that you are at the beach! There is a 3 story deck that allows plenty of options to catch that gulf breeze and take some beautiful pics! We have beach chairs and a beach carts for your use.
The location is perfect! Just steps to the beach! Beach path is directly across hwy 98!
Just walk one block down to Dollar General to get all your snacks, drinks and beach supplies.
Hungry? Just walk a few blocks down to the best little seafood place you will ever taste, Shipwreck! Want to sing some karaoke or have some drinks all without driving? The local Lookout Lounge is a half block down. They also have a liquor store on premises. So park your car and let your worries melt away!
Bring your bike or rent one and you can bike 2 miles to Veterans park where events are held. It has a playground and a pickle ball court. Or you can head four miles west to Mexico Beach to grab your coffee at Carribean Coffee or take the kids to Mexico Beach Sweets! Also in Mexico Beach, Killer Seafood, Crazy Beach Pizza and the best wings and cold drinks can be found at Mango Marleys!!
Drive a few miles east to Windmark and enjoy food and drinks in the open air bar at The View on Old 98. Windmark also has their own pizza place and liquor store and bar, The Mill and Mercantile.
Also downtown Port St Joe, which is a short 15 minute drive, has many great restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops!
