Renovated split level with open floor plan, two living rooms, air conditioning, large private yard & outdoor shower just .5 mile to Scarborough State Beach. The upper level offers three bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom with tub and shower and half bathroom attached to the yellow bedroom. The kitchen is open to the living / dining room and features a large stone island with seating. The deck, with a Weber grill, is accessible via sliders. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom with shower and washer/dryer & large family room with pull out sofa. The lower level has walk out sliders to a patio and private backyard surrounded by mature arborvitae. The backyard has a picnic table, adirondack chairs and enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach.
The beds will be set up with pillows, comforters, mattress pads and fresh linens. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, Wonder Wheel beach cart, toys and games for guests' use.
Many area attractions, such as Adventureland, Aunt Carries/Iggys, Sunset Farm, fishing boats at Galilee and the Block Island Ferry are just a few miles away.
Pets welcome for additional $100 per pet!
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels.
