Positive: Francisco with OCC was very nice to work with and would respond to us as rapidly as possible.

Negative: The property needs some maintenance. The WiFi was constantly out which caused a huge problem, as most of us needed it to work. That also caused the phone to the concierge to be out, so we had no way of contacting for the shuttle etc. Ceiling fan, kitchen, and some pool lights were out causing it to be very dark. When we asked if maintenance could change the light bulbs, they said it was the lights that were bad, not the bulbs. The home was also hot and when we tried to adjust the AC, it would leak from the ceiling. Owner may want to invest in some non-stick pots and pans. They were very difficult to cook with and clean. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV's, so some instructions in the property would probably be a good idea.

Summary: Concierge was wonderful to work with but the property itself wasn't worthy of the cost.
