Absolutely breathtaking view from this lovely villa on Harbor Island! This well appointed 1 bedroom villa has been recently upgraded and ready for your beach vacation! Newly painted and wains coat in entry area and living room. Enjoy the ocean breeze with gorgeous views from the screened porch. Morning coffee never tasted so good with a view like this one. One dog permitted with non-refundable pet fee. Sorry, no cats.
Snuggle up on the sofa with a good book or watch a movie on the flat screen TV, while still enjoying the beauty of the ocean and pristine beach just outside your window. The kitchen is well stocked and feels like home with all stainless appliances. There is plenty of counter and storage space, making it perfect for those who enjoy cooking.
The bedroom boasts a queen bed, TV and bath. Tastefully decorated and complete with all linens, you will feel right at home here. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
There is a FREE launderette with full sized washer and dryers on the floor. Just 15 miles from charming, historic Beaufort SC, Harbor Island is a private, gated community offering two and a half miles of unspoiled beach and acres of beautiful marsh. On island amenities include the Beach and Racquet Club, with an Olympic sized pool overlooking the marshes of the Harbor River, a fitness center, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, kiddie pool and a sundries store. You will also have access to the condominium pool and of course our beautiful beach.
The surrounding area offers excellent golfing, boating and sightseeing opportunities galore! Harbor Island is also a convenient day trip to the historic cities of Savannah, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina, but we are betting you never want to leave the tranquility of Harbor Island and charm of beautiful Beaufort!

Summary: The property is located on the second floor affording good views of the ocean and dunes. The property was spotless and decorated very tastefully. The glassware, pots, and pans, along with silverware were all clean and newer. The only critique for not giving 5 stars was the lack of amenities in the apartment. As a frequent Vrbo patron, normally salt and sugar is provided. Additionally, WiFi doesn’t work in the bedroom. We will definitely be back next summer!
