The main floor of this charming home has rich hardwood floors -a sun filled living room with gas fireplace , a spacious dining room -a well equipped kitchen- 2 delightful bedrooms - a full bath with tub/shower and in the lower level there is an inviting media /family room with a 55” tv with sound bar and a laundry room . Perfectly located , convenient to most everything. It’s a great place, quiet area and I have loved living in this neighborhood for the last 20 years!

Summary: The Cooper was perfect for our needs. Loved that the main living area was all on one floor as my husband has walking difficulties. Having a laundry was terrific as was the immaculate stove and refrigerator. The location was great...easy to get around. All the folks we needed to see in different directions were about 20 minutes away.
