The tile foyer opens to a bright and sunny living room with warm wood flooring, an overstuffed sofa and loveseat, a wall-mounted smart TV and a sliding glass door that opens to a private balcony with a lagoon view. The dining area is complete with seating for 6. Off of the living and dining room area is a galley kitchen that is fully equipped with all full-size appliances. A short hallway gives access to an alcove with a full-size washer and dryer, a full bath, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a TV that is complete with Roku for streaming.
On the 2nd level is a very private primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin size bed with additional twin trundle, a wall-mounted TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a full bath.
