Summary: 1. This is a beautiful property. The house we rented was excellently maintained and had a lot of charm. Our family was very comfortable with our stay. 2. The office staff was exceptionally helpful. The concierge was a little pushy trying to convince us to attend a seminar, but relented when we firmly declined. 3. The cleaning/make-ready is done by a third-party company -- we found this out because it took us 2 days to get a shower curtain for the downstairs shower. It was obvious that everything had been cleaned and washed, but the sheets in the master bedroom were stained. 4. Despite the minor challenges with the make-ready team, we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we are in Branson, it is very likely we will be renting at Stormy Point again. It was an EXCELLENT value and a good experience overall.
